C:SS Lag problem

Alot of people create topics about major server lag. Alot of people ask this question in my Chatroom. Almost all the time it's fixed by simply running C:SS in windowed mode.
Ingame goto options>video>run in window
That's the most commen fix.

so all ive gotta do is run it in window or download your program?
