Yea, you gotta pay 20 bucks on the official steam site via credit card or paypal [pretty much same thing] or you can get it at a cd store or electronics store like best buy or sam goodies.
you could get it for free but i highly doubt it will run properly it will have problems and also it'll be non-steam so you cant play with people just bots...
so just buy it.
