Today i wanted to play CS, but when I tried to refresh the server list it hanged on refreshing server list for more than 30 mins and no server showed up.
It didn't show me any error nor did it stop, it just hanged there. I played CS yesterday and the servers used to show up quickly but today they aren't showing up. what is happening? why aren't the servers showing up?

I also called up my friend and the same issue is happening with him. Fortunately for him, he has the servers saved in favorites, so he didn't realize that there was a problem till I called and told him about it.

I tried searching everywhere about it and no one reported it, I only found 1 link in yahoo answer about it that was posted today

is anyone facing the same issue? does anyone know whats happening?

i have the same issues.. sometimes it fixes itself after I restart steam. sometimes i have to restart my pc and modem... I have no idea why though.
