I've tried this as well and it does not work. Is this due to a recent update maybe? I've done it before months ago but it doesn't work anymore.

ok ive been trying to get this to work for me for a while and still can't get it. I do exactly as it says and all that but no matter what i still can't get it. I have Vista if that means anything. i read someone elses post saying it needs to be a .vtf file which i tried and it still didn't work. any ideas anyone? it would much appreciated
