Hello, I seem to have a problem with getting banned and I am not sure how to get help or support and was hoping some of you may know.

I was playing on a sever that I am a admin on the other day, I was kick by the console for being inactive, and now some how my Steam ID is banned. I had another admin unban me, but everytime I leave the server, I get rebanned. I have no idea why this would be happening as I have never ran a CSS server before, or any game server for that matter.

Anyone know why my Steam ID would of been banned automaticly? I don't use hacks and never have so the VAC shouldn't of been a problem.

it is a server caching issue. It is most likely related to a bad plugin running on the server or the server is having banned_user.cfg write issue based on the server.cfg setup you will need to address these issues with the server owner. Have him manually remove your steam id from the banned_user.cfg file.
