And I think that my graphic card is making css lagging. So I wanted to know if I buy a BFG GeForce 9500GT 1GB GDDR2 PCI-E graphic card, is my css will stop lagging?

lol with that cpu and processor .......ya not gonna help. Sounds like you need a new computer entirely.

lol yea with a celeron and 375mb of integrated ram set and an integrated card you be lucky if that machine even supports AGP let alone pci-express video cards. You need to find out what your computer is capable of handling even with that I would simply get a new computer don't waste your time with a machine that old.
