Okay, so i got new models and textures and stuff for css for weaps and maps...and half the time i try to join a server (and every time i try to make one) it comes up with an error reading something like "Enforceing Consistancy of <file>.mdl"
and the file is different every time. But i am pretty sure i installed the mods correctly, and the models/textures work without flaw when i dont get the message, so my mind is 'boggled'. :/
thx, just incase i forget to thank you later, for any odd reason.
(for the record, im not fat...)

I used to have that problem, and I have three solutions that might help.
1. Go to My Computer>Local Disk>Program Files>Steam>steamapps>[Steam Username]>counter-strike: source>cstrike. Delete all the files causing you problems, and never use them again.
2. Ignore it, just keep repeating pressing "join server".
3. Complain to Valve's technical support page, register an account and send them a letter that they ACTUALLY read. *Gasp*

This also may help: Go to the cstrike folder, delete all the files causing you problems, Google "WinRaR", follow a link to a download page, download it, and re-download all those files you deleted. (Satisfaction not Guarenteed)

i'm surprised no one actually gave you the correct answer.
you need to change the server to sv_pure 0, which will allow your models to load,
Or you can edit the whitelist file in the cstrike directory to include the directories and such. The file will have instructions on how to do that.
