If i use my microphone ingame it works fine, HOWEVER if i use my mic ingame on css + vent, eather ventrillo or CS:S will be fuzzy,

If i am ingame and then i turn on ventrillo my microphone works sometimes, might have to disconnect and reconnect a few times to get it working on vent. but as soon as it changes map in-game then my microphone will become fuzzy, like static..

It never used to happen but since i re-installed my Operating system + installed all my drivers its became fucked up..

Please help!

well if your sound is fine, then it might not be the drivers, because your headset uses audio drivers that affect both devices.

in most cases the cord may be loose. this may sound silly, but when you talk in-game, try pushing the cord into your headset and talk.
