Theres a easy way to do this. but i dont know how. Try finding the original skin, downloading it. Than overlapping it with the old one.

Just delete all skins you have on the scout, you don't have to download any originals, trust me, I know with experience. Just delete all scout files from models and materials and maybe sounds if the skin had cutsom sounds.
