I can do pretty much anything you wish. From 3D models to logos to moving sigs. I do simpler stuff for free for practice that I do take time and pride in. I also do more advanced stuff for a price, but that's not why I am posting. Doing things for practice is fun for me, so if you have something you would like done I would be happy to discuss it. I need more detail. More so what do you mean by "marquee"? I have a few things in mind, but? What do you want to move? Also standard sigs are 500x 150, is that ok?
