Help I Can't Connect To The Server.... the message i get is "Cannot connect to the server......"

Maybe your PC specs would come in handy. Or a more detailed description of the problem. Like what you're doing step by step.

first i click on find server then i find 1 and click on it it loads and say you cannot connect to the server....

The reason I ask is because in all my years I have never once heard any error message that simply says "you cannot connect to the server" I have seen multiple others that are generally the same error but not the same. I'm sure your saying it says you cannot connect to the server after 4 retries in console? if so its most likely due to your ports being blocked and not forwarded to your computer. Please visit portforward.com for instructions how to do so for your router. Please keep in mind you need to forward pors 27000-27050 TCP and UDP!!!!!!!!!
