Hey everyone, I used to play CS:S allot on my other comp a while ago, but when I bought my laptop I had to stop. Whenever I try to play on my laptop I get allot of strange erros that I'm hoping you can help with

Both problems I've faced most likely have the same problem...

1) When I open CS:S the screen flashes the menu, then my whole screen goes black.

2) When I first started playing, I could get into a game, but something weird took place. The sky would just be images of buildings I have looked at. kinda hard to explain, but the sky was never blue, it was always changing from whatever I last looked at. While I could play, it made things VERY challenging.

Any advise/questions are very welcome!

hmm for your second point, it it like when you spectate and you fly outside the actual map and it just keeps staying as what you last looked but bit distorted?

It could just be a graphics problem because your g-card doesn't fully support cs:s as laptops would usual have a 'weaker' g-card than a desktop pc.

simple just reinstall css and this time use -autoconfig in the advanced launch options.
