OK I TRY TO RUN CS 1.6 AND EVERYTIME I TRY N RUN IT IT WONT OPEN IT GOES TO THE START UP THEN JUST STAYS THERE... I OPEN TASK MANAGER AND IT SAYS NOT RESPONDING. I HAVE DELETED FIREWALLS THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN INTERFEERING WITH STEAM. I HAVE UNINSTALLED STEAM AND CS AND THEN RE INSTALLED THEM BOTH AND NOTHING IS WORKING :evil: IDK WHAT TO DO CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?

Well first off ALLLL CAPS will get you no where... Secondly take the time to post your computer specs via dxdiag please dont name off your computer parts just post DXdiag information here. read the top sticky to find out how to get dxdiag information.

I always do reinstall WINDOWS SYSTEM xD than everthing works but dont do it if you do not know how to use that =)

Maybe you should try and spend some time trying to solve the issues than just re-install your opertating system
