How is it best to train? If you wanna go pro is it then best to go Deathmatch servers or just play some pcw with your clan. What is you opinion? How do you make the best training?

Playing against bots is a good way to train, I think. Just go to your favorite map and add some bots. As soon as you die, type bot_kill in the console, so you don't have to wait for the game to end.

Deathmatch is the best training for aim and player reflex skill it gives you constant play time no time ot rest and your up against multiple enemies that could be anywhere around you so you must be quick with reflex's. i would vote gungame if your trying to get a feel for each of the guns and how they operate particularly one that needs more than one kill with each gun. and i would recommend playing with a small group of people i.e. 6-8 people 4 per team so you can get a feel for what the map sounds like and whats it sounds like when an enemy walks over different areas suc as walkways catwalk sand bridges and wood crates it allows you to pinpoint enemies without ever see them so when your ready to walk around that corner or go through that door you know exactly where to look first and fire fast. plus it helps so you here when they pull that knife out you'll know to check your back Smile

Just about all modifications of Counter Strike: Source are valuable skill practice. However, I would not recommend things like WCS where it is either a spray-off or a awp-off. I got into this awesome WCS server once, and it completely ruined my aim. Things like surf all increase your aim (as you fly fast, and need to pinpoint an enemy quickly) however the range of guns is often limited. GunGame (as previously stated) allows you to experience all the types of weapons that are on offer. However, to increase skill, aim and general overall gameplay, play maps like de_dust2 or cs_office that are designed for great shots e.t.c. Deathmatch also increases reflexes (valuable in vanilla) and also, to a certain extent, aim. If you need to know more, or have any questions regarding this, please reply.

you should try going onto a private server with a freind and get them to change their spreay to a target. Then you choose your load out, they set up the spray, adn you run about looking for it, fire 1 burst at the target and see how you do. From this you can see if your aiming to much up or down, an also see what the limitations of the wepon are

I don't think Deathmatch servers are a great way to train, because players can spawn anywhere and it is EXTREMELY different from a normal game of Counter-Strike: Source. GG servers are also worthwhile for practicing, but having varied weapons so quickly means you actually have to train for the GG mod. Too much training, eh? I recommend practicing with Normal bots or make a private server with you and people you know, like friends, family, or the annoying math teacher you had back in your freshman year.

OK, lol dont go to deathmatch servers, full of hackers, dont do GG, doesnt make u better fast. Trust me on this, i am an aspiring professional player. If you want to get better, u just got to play a lot. Dont go to office or any other CS_(map) server. The best players only play on DE maps, cuz thats wat cal maps r and thats where they pub. If you want to get better at shooting/relfexs/aim, go to aim_texture 2, or any other aim map, but texture 2 is the most popular. Thats why they r called AIM maps. The only way u get better is to play better players then u. I would advise trying to get a clan that scrims so u can scrim, or if ur to bad, at least practice with them. When you practice strats, u will be amazed how much better u get. If u have any questions plz add me on steam. Or if u think ur good, challenge me :P, i luv challenges, or if u got a team that wants to scrim. Or if u need a ringer.

In our clan to train people that we think are good enough/smart enough to train we (Deathwish) and I will train with them 2v1 in different situation's. I firmly believe that the only way to get better is to play against someone who is better. We set up situations for different training. Such as (( We will empty out our server and have the 1 start at pit for De_Dust2 and then the other 2 start at Bomb B... This training is good for aiming long distance's )) Then we will do alot of 1on1 and or Scrim tactics with him/her. We have trained multiple people in our clan this way. And they have improved alot. (Still not a challenge) but they can hold their own in Scrims now . Training for anything is best with a controlled training ground. But using other players that are better is good. And the better person is also getting practice on their aim/twitch performance. You should be able to hit with headshot's 100% of the time if you are a good player and learn to twitch/aim

playing zm_lila_panic (non zombiemod) is a great way to train. There are many spots where you can hide.
