front suspension (adjustable)
front and rear disc brakes
etc.

What's your bike called? What are the specs?
Here's my bike: 
The front and back brake are Shimano Ultegra. The derailleur is also Shimano Ultegra. The rear derailleur is a Dura Ace. It's full carbon finished frame. 'Cept the stem, which is aluminium. The bike weighs 17.8pounds.
