Unfortunately for this thread, almost no one visiting this site is old enough to remember more than even 4 presidents back. There's a lot of people coming here that have only been alive for 2 presidents. I'm 25 and essentially have only experienced two presidents. Of those two, of course Bush is the worst.

i think its really unfair that people call bush a bad president. being the president isnt a popularity contest people. i can only assume that u all hate him because of the crap u hear on the news about iraq. its a war, people die, get over it. i would rather us be fighting over there than have them psychos blowing us up in our own country. the terrorist we're fighting are'nt located solely in afganastan, they are a large network from several arab countries including iraq. And dispite the so call "unbiased" news reports, we are makeing progress and the majority of the iraqies want use over the(save the terrorists). Dont believe all the crap you hear on the news. they are primarily liberal mind control freaks, that dislike bust because hes a republican.
And FYI...clinton was not a good president, he and his administration are responsible for outsourceing and bush got the blame. he is also responsible for the massacre at wako texas, the murders at ruby ridge, selling nuclear secrets to the chinese, and white water.
So dont you dare criticize Bush, the say clinton was the better of the two, because its bullshit

Well, I can obvisouly tell that your a republican. I would tend to disagree with what you have to say but I will only mention a few. "its a war, people die, get over it". Ok dude, this isn't counter strike, that is peoples mothers and fathers and sons and daughters that are shot down and killed. 1 death in any war is way past enough.
If you are so sure that Bush was right to go to Iraq what was their justifications? Why did he go there? To find non-existant WMD? To eliminate dictatorship? Well there was no WMD and the victory for a "democratic" government was very Pyhrric. Acleast with Saddam the Iraqis could go home and have running water and electricity. Sure they had to worry about breaking the laws but they were accustemed to that. We went into Iraq without understanding their culture and destroyed their counties terrain, destroyed their economic status, killed many of their citizens, and pulverized their strand of a stable government. Plus, the US spends billions and billions of dollars a month just to keep the war going.
I am not saying that Bush is a bad president, it is all opinion. He has done several things that I am happy about. However, Iraq was a terrible decision on his part.
Clinton in my opinion was the better of the two. At least he didn't force a war and send the US into further dept. Actually, he is the only US president in many many years to leave the US treasury in a surplus amount. As for the sex scandal. Why the hell is that the countries buisness!? Just because you are a government official you can't have sex!? That is not our decision. If Bill Clinton (not the president) wanted to have sex with a woman than god damnit let Bill Clinton do that! Its not right, or moral, but why the hell is that the population of the United States of America's buisness?
Yes I dared to criticize bush and than go on to promote Clinton.

rofl. Ok i agree, war is never good. But you actually think Iraq was better off with Saddam as their leader?! He murdered his own people, he even killed members of his own family. Yes Iraq is war torn and dangerous, but at least the people their have the freedom to say and do what they want, and you would deny them that. And about the WMDs? The UN inspectors had to twist Saddams arm into letting them inspect, and when they did, it was under Saddams supervision. Also, Iraq is nothing but desert. that means WMDs could be hidden any where, which means that there may actually be WMDs still there, OMFG!!!! And yes, I say your beloved Bill Clinton was at best a so so president. All the scandals he was involed in did happen but were down played by the media. Do you know why? Because they loved him, still do. He was all about popularity, not doing his job. And about him haveing sex in the White house...I didnt even mention that nor do I give a shit about it. All that was, was a smoke screen to cover up all the other rotten crap he did.
If you want to continue to believe all the crap you heard on the news then regurgitated back to me, fine remain ignorant, idc. Ill respect your opinion, so long as you respect mine.

One more thing I forgot to inquire. YES, it is a war, and people do die. Im sorry if that sounds cold and callus, but its true. You seem to think that I cant distinguish the difference between reality and fantasy. Did I say that thouse people, thier deaths mean nothing? I think not. I only stated a fact. Also, its not as if our soldiers over there didnt know what the risks were when they joined the military. Remember, this is a volunteer amy, not a drafted one. So before you assume that I cant tell the difference between cs source and the war on terror, perhaps you should get your head out of fantasy land and look at the situation realistically.

True, it is inconvenient haveing to type...and when you think about it, it pointless too. Im not going to change your view on the subject any more than your going to change mine. In my experience, discussing politics leads to nothing but hard feelings, and bitter resentment.

That is only true of the ignorant. The biggest problem is that people hold to their own views so strongly that they cant see when they can possibly be wrong.
Now, in my opinion, I dont like Bush, but you cant place all the blame on him for the deaths of the soldiers. He isnt the one that issues their daily orders or so on. It is the people that are in command that are as much to blame as anyone.

Not true. What exactly is right and wrong if everything is an opinion. Think about it this way. To the general public, hackers are shit and need to die. But for hacking clans, hacking is awsome and should be promoted. Which side is right if they both have seperate views. Hacking to me is cowardly and demeaning. But to hackers, hacking is fun and entertaining. Which is right? its all opinion.
