hey i finally found out the site for css skins. its unbelievably easy. go to
www.fpsbanna.com
get a file thats packaged in rar. format.
Than just copy and paste the folders into the cstrike folder!
ive been searching for weeks trying to get a good easy way and this is the only one i could find so far. Props to fpsbanana!

how...only you see them and they dont change the stats of the gun (how fast, how accurate, how big, etc...) its just a visual difference. Hacks however, are illegal.

Well, I'm off to download that 'wall hack' then. I guess it's just a "visual ehancement" for me to see through walls and shoot people, while others are still in the 20th century blasting at oblivion. Heh. What newbies. They just don't realize the benifits of editing the game for representation.
